Welcome!
My name is Vera.
I am a mum and a Certified Parent Coach based in London, England.
I support parents and whoever cares for children in any capacity, to lead young people though respectful and empowering relationships. I advocate for a model of education and discipline that benefits all children, including the ones with a history of trauma, those who are neuro-atypical, highly sensitive, exhibit learning, developmental and sensory differences, display anxiety and challenging behaviours.
Model of care
Relate
Connect with your feelings and needs and you child’s feelings and needs. Practice attuning and empathising with all emotions. Establish nourishing relationships to support you, while you support your child’s development. Invest energies and time in building a deep connection with your child and keeping the quality of your bond at the forefront, at all times.
Inspire
Dare to question old paradigms of control, power and expectations. Confront and dispel the energy of childhood wounds. Engage your curiosity and creativity in finding collaborative and proactive solutions to the challenges at hand. Reach out and resource yourself to thrive. Model the care, skills and behaviours you would like your child to learn.
Empower
Tap into your instinctual wisdom. Stand in your inner authority. Shift dysfunctional patterns and behaviours. Rest in your truth and advocate for your child’s need. Lead your family and community with grace, confidence and enthusiasm. Equip your children with the mastery they need to rise and raise healthy relationships throughout their lives.

“It's not our job to toughen our children up
to face a cruel and heartless world.
It's our job to raise children who will make the world
a little less cruel and heartless.”
